My first check would be to see if the fan is working. Pull the electrical connector off of the T-Stat housing and the fan should kick on. If it doesn't, check the wiring to the fan and see if it's getting power (using same method). If the fan is good then go to the relay.It very well could be the belt, if it is, there's gotta be another problem that caused the belt to go, this thing has less than 5 hours on it most likely (didn't check the hours after the ride.) The older T2 don't have a speed limiter of any kind other than the rev limiter and stock 50mph speed limiter, meaning you can run diff lock 4wd WOT.
